Steady presence and space for fear, overwhelm, grief, anger, joy, and whatever else arises.
Physical Support
Comfort measures such as positioning, breathing, grounding techniques, nervous system regulation, and touch with consent.
Practical Support
Accompaniment to appointments, food banks, shelters, and other community resources.
Ritual & Transition
Presence through grief, loss, and major life transitions, with space for ceremony, ritual, and spirituality when invited.
Connecting to Care
Recognizing when something falls outside my scope, connecting you with appropriate professionals and resources, and helping you build a wider support network.
Information & Choice
Understanding options, terminology, and procedures, preparing questions for providers, and creating space to pause and consider your choices.

Introductory Call
Book a free 30-minute Intro Call with me to see how I can support you as a doula. It's essential for both of us to ask questions and make sure our values align. We'll ensure my services meet your needs for a truly supportive space.

Basic Birth Doula Package- €900. VAT included.
Thoughtful, compassionate support for your birth journey, including two prenatal visits, continuous in-person labor support, and a postpartum check-in.

Deluxe Birth Doula Package- €1.300. VAT included.
Extended care with extra prenatal and postpartum visits, plus optional keepsakes to cherish your birth experience while remaining fully present.

Full-Spectrum Doula Support- €35/hr.
